By downloading, installing, or using TickNote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TickNote is a trading journal and analytics application that allows users to:

• Import and track trading data from MetaTrader platforms
• Analyze trading performance with detailed statistics
• Receive AI-powered insights and recommendations
• View performance charts and reports
• Compare rankings with other traders

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

TickNote offers premium subscription plans:

• Monthly: $9.99/month
• Quarterly: $24.99/3 months
• Annual: $89.99/year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by TickNote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Any trading insights will result in profits

Important: TickNote is not financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

TickNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to trading losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent.
